Abstract
Transport properties of Cu/graphite composites scanned surfaces were s tudied by the random walk. The type of random walk used considers the nonzero conductivity of graphite, The obtained results are consistent with the existing scaling theory. The diffusivity composition dependen ce behavior in two dimensions is in food agreement with the measured e lectrical conductivity composition dependence behavior of Cu/graphite composites in three dimensions.
