Nerve territory-oriented macrodactyly is a rare congenital lesion. It
most commonly involves the median nerve and is an unusual cause of CTS
. Its appearance on plain film, CT, and MR imaging have been described
previously and can be attributed to an increase in fibrofatty tissue
that surrounds the median nerve. We report a case and suggest its char
acteristic appearance on ultrasonography.
