PERTURBATION ANALYSIS OF THE LEAST-SQUARES SOLUTION IN HILBERT-SPACES

Let H-1, H-2 be two Hilbert spaces over the same field, and let T : H- 1 --> H-2 be a bounded linear operator with closed range. We give a co mplete description of the perturbation analysis for the least squares solution to the operator equation Tx = y(i) where 2 is an element of H -1, y is an element of H-2.
