Abstract
Using radioimmunoassay, insect moult hormone (20-hydroxyecdysone) leve l was monitored in azadirachtin-injected and control larval (final ins tar) insects of Spodoptera litura (Fabr.). Azadirachtin has significan tly reduced the hormone level, which suggests its interference in horm onal regulation, growth and development of the insects.
