Twenty-four patients had Monteggia fracture/dislocations, a nd 13 had isolated but complex fractures of the proximal ulna. After a n average follow tip of 24 months, good or excellent functional result s were achieved in 27 patients. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Lt d.
