Abstract
Merkel cell carcinoma is a neuroendocrine primitive tumor of the skin. We report a case who developps node and visceral metastasis, and dead . The clinical presentation, diagnosis, histology, immunocytochemistry , treatment and prognosis of this tumor will be discussed.
