Abstract
A minimally invasive approach for urolithiasis patients with complex a natomic abnormalities occasionally necessitates the use of laparoscopi c techniques, either alone or in combination with endourologic techniq ues. The management of these patients is best accomplished in centers with the facilities to provide a spectrum of endourologic and laparosc opic techniques. Two illustrative cases are described.
