In this study four projects transfered from academia to industry are d
escribed. The first is an isotonic beverage for people who practice sp
orts, commercially known as Enerplex, the second is the synthesis of t
he chemical compound amyl anthroquinone, an important reactive used in
the production of peroxide, the third is the adaptation of a developm
ent first made in academia, very well described in the literature, and
materialized as a cleaning system together with crushed Amaranth seed
s, and the last one is the substitution of Arabic gum by the Mesquite
gum in the soft drink industry.
