Abstract
The effect of high pressure on the structure and properties of B4C-SiC and B4C-Al ceramics is studied. The effect of high pressure on microm echanical properties and crack resistance factor K-Ic of composite mat erials is investigated, High isostatic pressure treatment at 1300-1400 degrees C leads to improvement of material mechanical properties and structure.
