Abstract
The (HT1)-H-5 receptor agonist GR151004B (<(2b)under bar>), labelled w ith carbon-14 at C-3 of the benzofuran ring, was prepared in 19% overa ll yield in five steps from 5-bromo-2-methoxybenzoic [C-14]acid (<(3b) under bar>).
