RESEARCH INTO THE SANITARY AND HYGIENIC S TATE OF TROUT FARMING IN THE CAMPANIA REGION

The author reports findings from field observations and investigative experiments conducted on fish farms in the Campania region. Both tradi tional and advanced enterprises which exist in the area are listed and separated into small and medium size farms. The Author reports how th ese farms are run and which are the methods used to restrain the most dangerous diseases, which hinder the production and marketing of fish.
