Vv. Bryksin et P. Kleinert, ANDERSON LOCALIZATION IN ANISOTROPIC SYSTEMS AT AN ARBITRARY ORIENTATION OF THE MAGNETIC-FIELD, Zeitschrift fur Physik. B, Condensed matter, 101(1), 1996, pp. 91-96
The self-consistent theory of Anderson localization is generalized to
anisotropic disordered systems under the influence of a weak magnetic
field with an arbitrary orientation. Contrary to the purely perpendicu
lar and parallel magnetic held configurations, which can be characteri
zed by only one anisotropy parameter, two parameters are necessary to
describe the magnetoresistance in tilted magnetic fields. Numerical re
sults obtained for the quasi-two dimensional regime are compared with
the corresponding ones of quasi-three dimensional systems. Known limit
s are reproduced.
