Abstract
Technology was developed, and various metal products (bars, sheets, an d seamless pipes) from two innovated corrosion-resistant, deformable a nd weldable metal materials were mastered. These materials are: XH30M( sic)(sic) ((sic)K-77) alloy and 02X25H22AM2 ((sic)C-108) steel. The XH 30M(sic)(sic) alloy is designed to operate in wet-process phosphoric a cid at a temperature of up to 120 degrees C and a concentration of up to 54% P2O5; it can be used for equipment operating in contact with su lfuric and phosphoric acids, contaminated with Cl- and F- ions. The 02 X25H22AM2 steel is recommended for operation under the most severe con ditions of synthesis of carbamide (at temperatures in the range from - 70 to +200 degrees C and pressures of up to 200 MPa. The chemical comp osition, structure, mechanical and corrosion properties of the above m etal products, and the operation of the equipment constructed of these products are reported.
