AC Walton is a hard red spring milling wheat (Triticum aestivum L. em.
Thell.) with high grain yield, lodging resistance, and excellent loaf
volume and gluten strength. It is resistant to powdery mildew, and mo
derately resistant to septoria leaf and glume blotch, and fusarium hea
d blight. AC Walton is suitable for production in Eastern Canada, part
icularly in the Atlantic region.
