Abstract
Complexation of pesticides (fungicides, herbicides, insecticides, etc. ) with cyclodextrins results in advantageous modifications of their pr operties like e.g. enhanced solubility and therefore a better activity combined with a reduced application concentration. The activity of th e fungicide Triflumizole encapsulated in beta-cyclodextrin was investi gated and thermodynamical parameters of the association process were d etermined.
