Abstract
Irreducible representations of Brauer algebras are discussed in the no n-standard basis. A method for evaluating subduction coefficients (SDC s), i.e. the transformation coefficients between standard and non-stan dard bases of Brauer algebras, is outlined. Nontrivial SDCs of D-f(n) for f less than or equal to 5 are derived. Racah coefficients of O(n) and Sp(2m) can be derived from subduction coefficients of Brauer algeb ras D-f(n) by using the Schur-Weyl duality relation between D-f(n) and O(n) or Sp(2m).
