Abstract
A 20-mo-old boy presented with persistence of significant shunt 13 mo after patent ductus arteriosus closure using the Sideris buttoned devi ce. This residual shunt through the ductus arteriosus was successfully occluded using a Gianturco coil. (C) 1996 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
