Abstract
The optimal conditions are determined for preparing solid solutions ba sed on cadmium oxide in the CdO-In2O3 system, the variations of conduc tivity of these solutions are studied within a temperature range of 77 -1200K, and the effect of partial oxygen pressure on conductivity is i nvestigated. Ceramic material with high electronic conductivity (2 . 1 0(4)-2 . 10(5) Omega . cm(-1)) is synthesized.
