Abstract
The title compounds have been obtained from 5-amino-1,2,3-thiadiazole 6 by methylation and reaction with arenediazonium tetrafluoroborates; their C-13 NMR data and X-ray analysis are discussed in terms of two n on-equivalent resonance contributors 11A and 11B.
