Abstract
The quasibinary ZnSe-Ga2Se3 system was investigated using differential thermal, X-ray phase and microstructural analysis. Ternary ZnGa2Se4 c ompound was found. Extended solid solutions on the basis of Ga2Se3 and ZnSe have been established. The lattice parameters have been determin ed.
