Abstract
We present a representation where holes are described as spinless ferm ions and the spin system as interacting bosons undergoing Bose-Einstei n condensation to study the dynamics of a single hole in a two-dimensi onal quantum antiferromagnet within the self-consistent Born approxima tion. The advantage of this approach is that one can uniformly handle the t-J model and the t-t'-J model.
