Abstract
A simple calculation that enables to predict the pH intervals where a precipitate exists as an equilibrium solid phase in aqueous media is p resented. The results obtained are compared with ones expected from si mulated, quasistatic titration with strong acid or base and ones found from titration made in aqueous (Pb2++phosphate) system taken as an ex ample.
