THE ALLOCATION OF SEDIMENTS SATURATED WIT H GAS ON SEISMIC-ACOUSTIC SECTIONS OF BLACK-SEA

In summer 1993 year joint Russian-American expedition carried out seis mic investigations on northwestern and Kerch's shallows of Black Sea w ith unique seismic-acoustic equipment on R/V ''Aquanavt''. On the sect ions distinctly are allocated sediments saturated with gas. On some si tes of profiles among the other things on erosion of layers saturated with gas, the gases exit to water and on the gas output place sections are registered as small ''geysers''.
