Abstract
The motion equations for a particle in a uniformly rotating liquid wer e analyzed by qualitative methods to establish the availability of two characteristic regions, transient and quasi-steady. It was shown that there is no essential difference between the motion of a particle in the field of gravitational force and a field of variable intensity suc h as the field of centrifugal force.
