Abstract
Four-wavelength DBR laser arrays have been fabricated using a very sim ple approach that fields very high performance devices (10-15mA thresh old currents, 15mW output powers at 100mA active current, 12nm tuning ranges and 7GHz IM bandwidths). The array turning rang is 28nm with 50 accessible channels.
