A global electromagnetic analysis of MHIC circuits is presented. The m
odel uses the integral equation technique associated with the multipor
t representation of active circuits. The main advantage of this model
is to provide a global analysis including interconnections effects bet
ween active components and microstrip lines. Experimental validation o
f the theory is presented for an MMIC amplifier inserted in a microstr
ip line. Theoretical results are in good agreement with experimental r
esults.
