Abstract
A procedure for choosing promising chemical-engineering projects is fo rmalized using hierarchy analysis. The results have been embodied in t he hardware and software of a computer system for the optimal funding of chemical-engineering projects at enterprises and organizations unde r the Russian Federation State Committee for the Chemical Process and Petrochemical Industries.
