Abstract
This article discusses the accuracy and complications of percutaneous biopsy of adrenal masses and the rapidly evolving new methods for noni nvasive differential diagnosis using CT scan, MR imaging, and radionuc lide scintigraphy. We offer our current recommendations for the evalua tion of benign versus malignant adrenal masses and speculate on the op timal approach for the near future.
