Abstract
The Electrical conductivity of poly-N-epoxypropylcarbazole films doped with molecules of compounds with intramolecular charge transfer is in vestigated. It was found, that the electrical conductivity consists of three components. Two components, holes and ionic, were observed/earl ier in the film without impurity. Electrical conductivity component ca used by the doping is determined by the thermofield dissociation of el ectron-hole pairs generated after the thermal excitation of impurity m olecules. During the thermogeneration as well as photogeneration the s imilar electron-hole pairs appear.
