Abstract
We present a case of sarcoidosis with soft tissue masses and associate d phalangeal erosive changes. Sarcoidosis of the musculoskeletal syste m presenting as a soft tissue mass has been described previously but i s rare. To our knowledge, the combination of soft tissue masses and ph alangeal erosions has never been described.
