Abstract
Bacillary angiomatosis (BA) is a recently discovered multisystem bacte rial infectious disease seen in the setting of immune suppression due to the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). A case of an HIV-infected p atient with osteolytic bone involvement is reported.
