Abstract
The authors report an association of multiple myeloma and multicentric reticulohistiocytosis that developed in a 76-year-old male. 2 years b efore the diagnosis. A review of the literature reveals that malignant diseases are associated with 24% of cases of multicentric reticulohis tiocytosis. This is the first case of the association of multicentric reticulohistiocytosis and multiple myeloma.
