We analyzed an alternative approach for guiding parallel signal beams
nested between noninteracting fundamental bright spatial solitons, The
numerical results show that stable signal-wave guiding without a cros
s-talk is obtainable even at small-intensity fluctuations of the contr
ol beams (+/-10%) and at nonperfect alignment of the signal beams with
respect to the channels formed by the solitons, Conditions under whic
h the temporal changes of the signal pulses could be asymptotically re
duced are discussed.
