Abstract
A cw Cr3+:LiSAF laser was spectrally narrowed by a dispersive feedback from an auxiliary cavity coupled externally to a main cavity. The eff ect of a degree of feedback on spectral narrowing operation was examin ed. A single-mode operation using a diffraction grating as a feedback element near grazing incidence angle was obtained.
