Abstract
The reactions of Cp(2)V and Cp(2)VCl with p-toluenesulfonyl chloride w ere studied. Depending on the ratio of the reagents, the solvent, and other reaction conditions, the compounds p-MeC(6)H(4)SO(2)VCp(2)Cl, (p -MeC(6)H(4)SO(2)VCp)(n) or (p-MeC(6)H(4)SO(2)VO)m are formed.
