Abstract
A series of high-speed rotational atherectomy cases is discussed in wh ich pseudostenosis was noted following initial guidewire placement. Th e results and technical considerations when using the Rotablator in th e setting of guidewire-induced pseudostenosis are discussed. (C) 1996 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
