Abstract
The perpendicular magnetic anisotropy of a Fe30 Angstrom/Tb22 Angstrom multilayer is enhanced after isothermal annealings at 530K for variou s durations. The role of the interfacial Fe/Tb layer restructuration a fter heat treatment is evidenced. Copyright (C) 1996 Elsevier Science Ltd
