LEVEL SPACING DISTRIBUTIONS AND ELASTIC HOPPING IN THE COULOMB GLASS

We studied effects of elastic tunneling on the density of states and o n localization in disordered systems of interacting localized electron s. We present evidence which suggests that Coulomb interactions suppre ss localization, and that quantum effects must be considered in many e xperimental situations where they were neglected.
