Abstract
The theory of variable structure systems with sliding mode control has been used to develop a power conditioning system. An experimental sys tem has been developed, and digital simulation of both the power and c ontrol systems has been performed, The good agreement between the anal ytical study and the experimental and simulation results confirms the validity of the proposed control system.
