Abstract
Neuropeptide Y stabilizes the locomotor activity of animals kept under constant light or constant darkness. This effect is stronger under co nstant light than in constant darkness. The 12:12 light-dark regimen f avours the effect of the peptide in augmenting phase differences in co mparison with control animals.
