Abstract
We report the first measurement of temperature dependent microwave gia nt magnetoresistance and microwave anisotropic magnetoresistance deriv ed from microwave surface impedance data from frequency-swept ferromag netic resonance at X-band on Fe/Cr/Fe trilayer ultrathin films on GaAs by MBE. Angular variation of resonance frequencies show uniaxial anis otropy which is modulated by four-fold anisotropy for both the samples over the temperature range studied.
