An analytical solution is obtained to a two-dimensional problem of ide
al hydrodynamics that describes axisymmetric stationary accretion of m
atter with nonzero angular momentum onto a nonrotating black hole. The
asymptotic behavior of this solution is shown to be universal, i.e.,
it depends only slightly on the external conditions and the equation o
f state of the medium. The derived solution confirms the existence of
an accretion disk.
