Abstract
This paper provides a linear solution for the Wave Rotor, a wave energ y device that comprises two parallel counter rotating cylinders in orb ital motion. Theoretical results are obtained for the radiated waves g enerated by the device, and for its efficiency. Comparisons with earli er measurements of radiated waves show very promising agreement.
