Abstract
The title compound, [Li(C15H26NSi)(C4H10O)(C5H5N)], contains an Li ato m with approximately trigonal-planar coordination, whose principal coo rdination sphere consists of one N-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)-N-(trimethy lsilyl)amido, one pyridine and one diethyl ether ligand. There is a fu rther possible bonding contact between the Li atom and the N-ipso C at om of the 2,6-diisopropylphenyl group.
