Abstract
A three-week-old neonate underwent aortic valve replacement with a pul monary autograft (Ross procedure) The right ventricular outflow tract was reconstructed with a downsized pulmonary allograft. The surgical t echnique is presented, Six months after operation the girl is doing we ll and both the autograft and allograft function are excellent.
