Abstract
After 6 weeks of a risperidone rechallenge therapy (2-4 mg/day), no he matological abnormalities were observed in a 26-year-old schizophrenic woman. Two years previously after 9 days of risperidone therapy (2-6 mg/day), the same patient had developed a reversible neutropenia durin g a cold.
