Abstract
A malignant phyllodes tumour was examined pre-operatively by contrast enhanced three-dimensional dynamic magnetic resonance imaging and show ed areas of fast contrast uptake corresponding to areas of malignant t ransformation, thus showing the malignant nature of the tumour pre-ope ratively.
