Abstract
Fundamental and singular solutions connected with the double-layer ela stic potential operator and their derivatives are constructed by the m ultipolar expansion method. Comparison with the known analytical formu las for the fundamental solutions is discussed. Error estimates for nu merical algorithms are analyzed.
