Abstract
Traditionally a homograft valve is used as a pulmonary replacement dev ice for the Ross operation. Right ventricular outflow tract reconstruc tion during aortic valve replacement with an autograft was performed w ith stentless xenograft valves in nine patients, Hemodynamic performan ce is satisfying, but, long term evaluation is needed.
