Abstract
We report the clinical, pathologic, and immunohistochemical features o f a severe hypertensive patient with recurrent migraine-induced hypote nsion. The patient-died of migraine-induced vasomotor paralysis despit e prompt institutions of fluid and sympathomimetic and parasympatholyt ic agents.
